A pale jade card with deep forest slices — the daylight inverse of Mint. The dark slice takes white prize text and the near-white takes black, so the wheel reads as clear alternating blocks rather than as a single soft disc. Of the light-carded themes it is the one with the most structure.

Card #BFE8DA, slices #14624E and #F4FBF8, pointer #0E5C47. Worst case is 7.3:1 and the gap between its two slices is 6.9:1 — solidly in the middle of the set on both counts. An earlier draft of this palette used a mid-tone green that measured 2.9:1; it was rejected and the slice was darkened until it cleared.
Light, airy feeds that still want a real colour. It is the green equivalent of Royal: a pale card with a genuinely dark slice, which is a combination only those two and Copper have here.
Good on white backgrounds and in print. The pale card means it blends into a light grid rather than sitting on top of it, which is either exactly what you want or exactly what you do not — Mint is the version with more punch.
The dark slice takes longer prize names comfortably; the pale one is where the type starts shrinking first. Keep the list roughly even in length.

Because they do different jobs. Casino is a card table, Mint is a mid-dark card with pale slices, and Jade is a pale card with dark slices. Jade is the one to pick if your feed is light and you want the wheel to sit inside it rather than on it.
