Violet taken almost to black, with purple and teal slices and a magenta pointer. Bulb glow is drawn as light rather than as white dots, and light only reads as light when there is something dark behind it — Neon is the second darkest card here, beaten only by Noir, so the rim genuinely appears lit rather than decorated. It is the theme where the chase animation does the most work.

Card #170A33 at a relative luminance of 0.006, slices #7A2BF5 and #12E5D0, pointer #FF2FA8. The two slices differ enough in brightness that the renderer flips the label colour between them: white on the purple, near-black on the teal. Worst-case prize contrast is 6.0:1 — readable, but in the lower quarter of the sixteen, so this is not the theme for a ten-word prize.
Late-night pages and anyone whose feed is already dark. Because the card is nearly black it sits inside a dark interface without a bright rectangle announcing itself, which is the usual giveaway that something was made in a different tool.
Anywhere the clip plays against a dark background — Stories at night, Discord, a link-in-bio header. Prefer MP4 over GIF here: the GIF palette is capped at 128 colours, which is generous for flat slices but turns the glow around the bulbs into visible steps. The MP4 keeps it smooth.
Neon carries bold, short prize names well — the dark card gives loud words room to sit without looking shouty the way they can on the pale themes.

The bulbs are drawn the same way on every theme. What changes is what is behind them. Only Noir has a darker card than this one, so the same glow has something to stand out against. On the pale themes it reads more like a string of beads.
