A pale lilac card with deep purple and near-white slices. It is the only light card in the set with a genuinely dark slice, and that is what makes it the second most readable theme here at 13.1:1 — the renderer puts white text on the purple and near-black on the pale, so both halves are working at full strength.

Card #EDE4F7, slices #3B1F6E and #F3ECFF, pointer #8A5CD6. The gap between its two slices is 11.4:1, second only to Mono, so the wheel reads as clear alternating blocks. If you like how Mono performs but do not want a wheel with no colour in it, this is the closest thing here.
Pages that want purple without going dark — Neon is the same hue family but nearly black, and this is its daylight opposite. It also handles long prize names better than almost anything else in the set.
Anywhere with a light background: a white grid, a bright story, a printed card. The pale card means it does not punch a dark hole in a light feed the way Noir or Neon would.
Royal is one of the few themes here that can carry a three-word prize name without the type shrinking to the point where it matters.

Royal. At 13.1:1 it is second only to Mono, and its two slices are the second most separated in the set — but it is still a coloured wheel rather than a greyscale one.
